You will also learn risk and protective factors for mental health and well-being. High-risk mental health concerns, such as non-suicidal self-injury and suicide will be discussed. You will learn strategies to have effective conversations about mental health. Finally, we review information relevant to your own mental health and well-being as a coach, as it is important to be sure to take care of yourself, too!
