Dealing with Sport-Related Injuries Can Be Hard!

It's often said that there are 2 types of athletes: Those who have experienced and injury and those who haven't...yet.

Injuries are one of the most challenging parts of elite sport, especially when it comes to the mental side. Unfortunately, there are few easily accessible, comprehensive programs where you can learn skills to deal with the mental side of injury.

That's why we developed Ready, Set, Return. We believe athletes and professionals should have access to evidence-informed programs that they can easily use! This program is powered by Haugen Performance Consulting and supported by funding from the NATA Research & Education Foundation and Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).

Our Mission is to give collegiate student-athletes mental skills to use during the injury rehabilitation process and beyond!

We do this by providing actionable tools to improve your coping skills, increasing your adaptability and psychological flexibility, and helping you center your values throughout the injury rehabilitation period and return to sport. NO MATTER what challenges come your way. These evidence-based strategies can also be used for performance when you return to sport.
