10 minutes: Overview of the course
50 minutes: Discussion of cultural norms across various First Responder disciplines
50 minutes: Discussion of therapeutic barriers and how to address them when working with First Responders
10 minutes: Wrap-up & final questions

Course evaluation (not counted in CE hours): 10 minutes
