Ethics in Action: Developing Ethical Thinking in Supervisees and Mentees in Sport Psychology

10 minutes: Overview of the course
40 minutes: Discussion of the role of the mentor/supervisor in helping trainees develop ethical decision-making skills
40 minutes: use experiential learning strategies to assess your own areas of strength and improvement as a mentor/supervisor

15 minutes: Break (no CEs)

40 minutes: Learn how to use resource accumulation as a risk management strategy with mentees/supervisees
40 minutes: Discuss how to help mentees/supervisees use an ethical decision-making model grounded in positive psychology
10 minutes: Wrap-up & final questions
